I applied through other source. I interviewed at JOTO PR Disruptors (Tampa, FL) in Nov 2024
Interview
Short and quick. It was not a boring hiring process, I had 2 interviews and after that I was hired. The've asked only questions related to the actual role, my background and professional experience.

Interview
The overall interview process itself was perfectly fine and normal, and maybe a little drawn out in terms of time. The questions in the interview were divided between skills and (this is where it got weird) personality traits.
Before the interview conversation took place, I had to complete a very odd 240 question personality test. After I completed the test, I put a few of the questions into a search online to see what type of test this was. The results of this search suggested that this test had origins or ties to the Church of Scientology.
The interview conversation with the CEO was very informative and pleasant. She did ask me several personal questions that had nothing to do with business or skills, and that was probably the closest anybody got to crossing any lines.
I got an offer. I was presented with an offer letter and a non-compete agreement. The two major red flags that arose from this were the fact that my duties listed seemed incredibly vague (which is not how our conversations had been previous to this point), and the NCA was INCREDIBLY comprehensive, perhaps even scary. When I asked about possible changes these two things, I didn’t really get a straight answer.
This is an interesting company. I have no doubts they are successful people. But any semblance of non-transparency, especially in onboarding, is highly suspicious and gave me enough pause to say I didn’t want the job. If you can’t get a straight answer during onboarding, what do you think it will be like when you’re working there?
We appreciate your feedback! I believe I recall you—you were great and am a sorry you didn’t accept our offer. We hire based on hard and soft skills that would be best suited for the particular individual so they can best succeed in this high-volume, high-paced environment. Thank you for your continued interest in JOTO PR—you are welcome to apply again.

Interview
I had to go through three different interviews. When I did a zoom interview the leader proceeded to tell me based on my personality test that something was wrong in my life. This was highly inappropriate. Another woman from leadership did not have any of my info and was not prepared when I did the phone interview. All three were extremely rushed. I got the job but wish I would have never met these weirdo idiots.
