Multi-interview process (virtual and in-person) with various leaders across the region and functions (Credit, Treasury, Banking). Each interview was cordial and not particularly challenging. They were most focused on experience and personality-fit.

Describe an opportunity you worked on recently where you were not in agreement with your credit/underwriting partner, and how did you move forward?
Was not that bad. Few rounds with different people, then had a super day. Spoke with different people on the teams from analysts to MD. I received a the offer for the role which was good.
