Very poor communication on all stages of interview.
Had to chase up confirmation of both interviews- no information of the names of those who will be interviewing etc. I had interviewed initially and asked to come back for another position, no job spec was sent over until 2 hours before interview.

How would you feel working in a big organization?
How do you deal with a big workload and things not going to plan?
It was 3 rounds very quick and easy, I finished within 2 weeks of start to finish. over all i think it was a very simple process and i really enjoyed working with my manager
online interview with pre recored questions which you answer. you get about a minute to prepare your answer ans then 3- 5 to present it to the ai video camera. you then get am email if you were successful
3 rounds introduction application then with team leader was not that difficult curriculum related questions and some technical que intervie was very long in fact all the rounds were of around 30min plus
