We were called for a case study and candidates were placed into groups. We were asked to study the case and work in teams for a 10 minute presentation. In the mean while a moderator would observe us based on certain things like communication, coordination, thought process and time management. Then we had to present to panel of judges. I got selected and then had two 1:1 interviews (30 mins each) with line manager and a VP of Asset Management. I thought i did fantastic but didn't get the offer. However, the interview was not technical but totally behavioral and scenario based on my qualifications and experience. Some of the questions were like: 1) My greatest adversity?
