Easy enough interview process. Very straightforward. Just answer accordingly. Just looking for competent personnel. Asked about relevant experience and work ethic centric questions. Only two rounds. First on phone, second in person.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at JPMorganChase (Daly City, CA) in Feb 2011
Interview
After the application, you do a test online (about 30 minutes) consisting of basic math questions. After a week I got a call from the manager of the location I applied to for an interview. After the interview, a week later I got a call from an HR representative offering me the job and letting me know the pay. I accepted, and received a on-boarding packed in the mail two days later. There is some work to do online, and you need to get an drug test as well. After all that is complete, the branch manager contacted me with my schedule. The first few days were online training sessions, then shadowing, then a week of classroom training (they pick the location, and will refund your transportation expenses to get there). After you pass the classroom session, you start on your own.

Interview
Phone interview was legitimate. Face to face interview was a joke. Unprofessional, unprepared, predictable, small talk. Asked about knowledge of bank fraud. Told I would be more of a greeter. Everything can be done online.
