You were given a sample of a complaint email regarding a mortgage foreclosure, and then asked questions about it. It was for a new division JPM said they were starting, but I never heard anything back from the company.

Process was very smooth and scheduling was accomodating, interviewers were cordial and pleasant, questions were slightly difficult and was asked on the operations side. HR was friendly and supportive through out

3 step interview process, with an initial interview, mock call and sales call example. Strong emphasis on honesty, integrity and having a pleasing personality. It usually takes one whole day to complete the process and you'll be joined by your fellow applicants.
All good, people were good, great experience. Overall wonderful experience. They are very professional and prompt. Managers to specialist all are very good and accommodating. 💯 give a try as many times it's worth
