It was very involved, consisting of 5-6 rounds. First, I had two phone interview screenings where managers asked me about industry knowledge and interest in asset management. Next, I traveled to NYC for three superday interviews with different asset management teams. Finally, I closed the process by interviewing with the Funds Management and Alternative Asset Management teams to determine which teams was the best fit.
