Interview
I found out about a part time teller position was open because of a friend that works there.I had to apply online. The main questions they ask you are very general, then you have to take a questioner about what would you do situations ( you need to answer these questions with the best customer service answers). Then they ask you several math problems.

Question 1
The interview was very easy. The questions were "how would you handle a difficult customer?" "How have you handled a difficult customer in the past?" Several customer service questions.
The interviewer asks a bunch of situational questions that try to test your critical thinking skills, but it's a challenge especially if you don't have much on the job experience.

Tell me about a time when... you had a difficult customer service experience
Straightforward. Calm. Very congenial. Nice people smart and honest. Would definitely consider working here given the caliber of talent. Quantitative questions werent too difficult. Just some math like addition subtraction multiplication division and quadratic equations.
