I was told about the position by a former coworker. It was initially a part time position. I was called by the recruiter the day after I applied. Spoke to her for a few minutes and an interview was set up with the branch manager. My interview was a week after I spoke to recruiter. I met with the branch manager and assistant branch manager. They did not ask me a lot of questions, the questions I was asked were standard questions...i.e. name a difficult situation you were in, how did you handle it and what was the end result? Interview went very well. When I got home, I received a call from the recruiter saying I was offered the position and that it was bumped up to full-time.

The interviewer asks a bunch of situational questions that try to test your critical thinking skills, but it's a challenge especially if you don't have much on the job experience.
