      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at JPMorganChase (Lake Mary, FL) in June 2013

      Interview

Applied online and received a call within a week or so for an impromptu phone interview. The job was explained to me, including the hours, range of hourly rate based on experience, and the training duration. She asked the basic interview questions "tell me a time when...". After about 15 minutes or so she set up an on-site interview. The in-person interview was very relaxed and I had a great interview. She asked me about past experiences, but it felt more like a conversation than an interview. She had me do a mock call of an outbound collections call. After the interview she advised me that I would hear back within three days whether they decided to hire me or not. I received a call within three days, with an offer of employment, my starting rate and my choice of schedule after training. The did the typical employment/education verification, drug test, and fingerprinting. All of the testing took about two weeks in total.

      Question 1

Nothing out of the ordinary. The mock call was probably the hardest because I didn't know the policies and procedures.
