Applied online. Completed hirevue interview, then was flown to chicago for a super day consisting of 4 interviews. There was a reception the night before and all of the interviews were 2 on 1.

After a Hirevue interview, I received an invitation to join the MMBSI superday. The superday consisted of three 25-min interviews in a row (with 5-min breaks between). Each interview was lead by a pair of interviewers. I was asked to answer questions based on a case study I had completed beforehand. I was also mainly asked behavioral questions, with a few industry questions sprinkled in as well. Two out of my three interview sessions went very well; however, the third interview session was lead by harsh interviewers, which dampened my spirits and led me to question whether I was a culture-fit.
