Interview
The interview was short and required a role-playing exercise to gauge customer service experience/interaction and ability. The customer was an "angry" customer who needed their issues fixed immediately; it was to see how you reacted and how you would handle someone upset.

Interview
If I remember it correctly I had 4 phases/interviews. The first was the initial over the phone then I was asked to step inside their career hub the following day. There I had 4 more interviews but it was because I was endorsed to another BU (business unit) instead of the one I was initially applying for. Second interview was HR interview then they endorsed me to Communications assessment (also one on one interview). The final stage was of course the final interview with either Ops Manager or Team Manager.

No question is difficult as all questions were based on your experience. So if you haven't experienced the situation yet then that wouldn't be asked. So just be honest.
