Interview
You first have to apply online for the specific positions and locations desired. After doing so, depending on the position you applied for, you will take a test related to that position. After completing the application process, you may or may not be contacted by a recruiter. If you are contacted a phone interview will be conducted. Basic questions about your employment history will be asked. If you pass this phase you are then invited for an in-person interview with a branch manager. At this point, typical interview questions are asked.

I was asked to role-play the role of a banker. The idea was to see how well I can strike a conversation and keep it going.
easy asked alot of behavior questions. had meeting with both branch manager and director or the market. Asked questions of past experience and what they would require from new experience.

very easy and vey organized. ask you a few simple questions, and more about yourself and your past experience. they will ask you what do you do to prepare yourself for a day at work.

One phone call prescreening and then one in person interview at the branch. In person was with just the branch manager, not a group of hiring mangers. Very relaxed conversation, nothing too in depth.
