The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at JPMorganChase (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2009
Interview
The online application also included an assesment test. The assesment test is very easy as long as you read the questions and have a basic calculator. After finishing the application I was called within 3 days to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview came first and thats where they asked the behavioral questions. I was called that day to schedule an interview with a district manager. The one on one interview was very relaxed and was straight forward, and asked about my background. I was called withing 2 days with an offer.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at JPMorganChase (Chicago, IL) in Sept 2009
Interview
I was emailed to notify me that I would be receiving a call on xxxx day for a phone interview. That went well and I was offered a follow up interview right away. Five days later I had a face to face interview in a Dominicks with a district manager(It was an in-store position.) The district manager was 30 minutes late to the interview! I showed up 20-15 minutes early so I stood there waiting for 45 minutes. After this time I was fairly distracted because she barely apologized for being late. The interview went ok but she asked me to sell her anything in the store to her. The scenario wasnt set up well and she was playing the part of the customer. In the end she said she didn't want to the product and I didn't want to be pushy so I thanked her and apparently this wasn't what she was looking for. She was taking notes and I could read upside down that she wrote "didn't go after business." After this we talked a little bit about the positions opportunity for advancement and advantages over regular branch banking. It seemed to go well but I received an email that night saying someone else was chosen. If you apply for this position remember to never give up on a sale and that you might have to stand for 45 minutes waiting for an interview that you had an APPOINTMENT for.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at JPMorganChase (Detroit, MI) in June 2009
Interview
After the initial application through the Chase career site, A Sr. Recruiter from Chicago interviewed me over the phone. She asked normal questions about my experience and background. Probably one of the nicer recruiters I have spoken with. Following this call, she scheduled me a face-to-face with the Regional Manager for south-eastern Michigan. We met in an older in-store branch around 20 minutes from where the position was supposed to be filled. The RM was a great guy with a lot of good questions for me. He asked about background, experience and education. He also gave me a role play situation. Following this portion of the interview, he showed me the "ropes" of getting to the customers out on the floor. All in all, the interview lasted for around an hour and ended as well one could end.
