Interview
Hiring happens usually through a placement agency. Shortlisted candidates are interviewed over the phone. Usually there are four phone interviews prior to hiring, followed by a day or two of in person interviews. Phone interviews are screening processes to eliminate the bad apples. First interview is usually by a junior analyst followed by senior BA and then a VP.

Anticipate roughly 3 rounds of interview with a heavy focus on relationship building and conflict resolution. Heavy focus on EQ and scenario based questions. Be prepared to give detailed examples

Total 6 rounds of interviews and all about 1 hour long. It gives opportunity to know about teams and the stakeholders. it took around 1 month to complete the whole interview process.
