-Online application and assessment -Phone Interview -5 Panel Interview (Basic Scenario interview questions) -Fingerprint if hired -Drug test if hired Overall it was pretty quick the whole hiring process, the only part that was a little nerve racking was the group panel interview, all i can say is just be yourself, confident and honest with all your responses and you should do great. If hired they will take you through the fingerprinting process and the drug test. Before hitting the floor and taking calls they will give you about 10-12 weeks of classroom training and live call training. Great company to work for, one of the best!

The interview process was fairly easy. The questions were simple questions that asked about previous work experience, how many years of customer experience you had, and expectations at Chase.The interview process was about two weeks. I received a call from a recruiter who assisted me with scheduling an interview time. After the interview, their is about a week wait time. Afterwards, your recruiter will get in touch with you and let you know where to take your badge photo and your drug test.
