Scheduled an HM interview, no one shows up, then was ghosted. The position has been closed but nobody informed you ahead. Typical ghosting experience. next time people should dump more fake resumes and ghost them back.

Interview
First round with HR screen going over resume and willingness for 5 day RTO, then technical resume screen with one of the members of the team followed by a ~4 hour super day with multiple interviews back to back going over various technical aspects such as some classic ML Systems Design type questions, behavioral, and some very light live coding that was heavier on theory behind ML and Statistics than actual leetcode style coding!
All in all, a very solid experience and pleasantly surprised at how smooth the process was and how easy everyone was to talk to.
