To become a full time you must be funneled through the internship program. The interview is not technical, mostly motivational and involves critical thinking. They're looking for ability to collaborate and problem solve.
they asked more behavioral questions than anything, no technical questions at all - they focused on position and company focused questions. it was on demand for the first round, with a hirevue that is usually sent once you complete the application
