This is a company that practices blatant age discrimination. I was interviewed three times. On the first it was a recruiter asking some of the basics about my background. A second phone interview did the same thing. On the third, the hiring manager came right out and asked if I was married, did I have kids, what schools they were in...and then the kicker...When did you graduate college? The next conversation was about the athletic culture of the company and was asked 'do you think you can keep up' (I'm a 3:15 marathoner. I can keep up just fine).
