Interview
Fit interview followed my modelling interview, on 2 separate occasions. Fit is with two separate people, they ask similar questions all fairly standard and reasonable. Modelling is an intermediate One Page LBO modelling test from scratch.
Quick send smooth interview process. I met with the hiring team and gained an insight into the role remit and potential responsibilities. The interviews were competency based questions. At the time of interview the Partner knew i had another offer from another firm I was considering. So asked why I felt this role at JRJ was a better fit for me
