JRM Construction Management MEPS Estimator interview questions

The interviews themselves were pretty simple and straightforward. Received a call a few days after applying for a phone screening and then went through 3 rounds of interviews over the next 4 weeks with different members of the department. Each about 10 - 15 minutes long. They really promote their company culture and ESO plan. I was told by each interviewer I was very qualified and would be a good fit for the position. However, the whole process took almost two months before I received an automated email stating they moved on with another candidate. Seems like a decent company, but take a long time to make a decision.
