Applied online, got an email a couple days later saying the potential boss wanted to meet me. I arrive 10 minutes early, and walk up to the receptionist desk and stand around for about 5-6 minutes before someone helps me. The receptionist comes off as very dismissive after I tell her I am here for an interview and quickly tells me to take a seat. I wait around for an additional 10-15 minutes after my interview was initially scheduled for, before I hear a voice from behind the desk asking who is here and what do they want (the potential boss forgot he had an interview today with me.) After learning that I am here for an interview, he directs me to his office, (doesn't even introduce himself or shake hands or anything) and the "interview" starts. Throughout the interview he was on his phone texting, taking calls, and just generally not at all paying attention. After a couple generic screening questions he tells me that he has an idea of who I am and we can conclude the interview. I never got a chance to talk, ask questions, or even answer any of his questions (other than the 2 generic ones) without him interrupting me or going on his phone. He then redirects me to where HR is and quickly dismisses himself without saying so much as a "thank you" or "goodbye". The woman working HR is talking to someone else, I stand around for a few minutes before she notices me and she quickly tells me that she will contact me within the next couple days on their decision, quickly dismissing me out without again, a thank you or goodbye. Needless to say, no email or phone call "a couple days later". Very unprofessional and very rude from the front office, to HR, to engineering.
