I applied online. I interviewed at JT Legal Group (Glendale, CA)
Interview
I walked into the office to interrupt a conversation a receptionist was having with her coworker about what they did the prior weekend, half in English and half in Spanish. She told me to sit down and fill out an application. The office manager approached me and took me into an interview room with the Sr. Lawyer. The lawyer asked me a bunch of questions in a stuffy manner. It sort of felt like an interrogation, not an interview. He showed very little emotion, or nonverbal expression. He ended the interview suggesting that I stay with my current employer. I'm not sure why he would say that considering I was in his office obviously looking to leave my current employer. And I also received a email with an offer, so the message wasn't very clear.
