Interview
The interview as a simple process with 3 rounds, First the technical, manager round and then the final discussion of salary by HR team. The thing is that recently they had mailed me the confirmation letter and they asked me to join within 1 month of time frame, and i resigned from my current company to join to this company. But in the last moment they are saying that their requirement is on hold and they are not taking any new employees now. Now currently because of them I am jobless. And when i mailed them for the reason of holding the offer they are not at all responding. Poor management team, HR team lack of proper communication with the management team
