Interview
The interview process at Juspay is unique. They call it a hackathon, rather than an interview, for the initial rounds.
The first round of the hackathon is a live coding challenge, accompanied by a developer who explains and guides you in solving the problem statements,
While solving the problem collaboratively, they judge your software development and engineering skills.
The next round can be a discussion based on the course you took at the college, related to DBMS, computer networks, and operating systems.
The final round of the interview is a culture fit round, and the discussion is mostly open; the topic can vary widely depending on your/the interviewer's interests.
