During phone screen I kept getting put on hold so the interviewer could deal with plant issues. I traveled 4 hours for this interview. They were kind enough to put me up in a nice hotel and told I would be paid mileage for my trip. I had the interview the next day. Upon arriving for the interview I had to wait while the person I was interviewing with made it back from another plant. The interview went well I thought. They were not ready to hire someone right away. I never heard back from them about the position and I never received the mileage check either.
