The only positive from the interview process was the recruiter, she was awesome and very helpful. On the other hand like many other reviewers say, the process is a bit rigorous consisting of many steps and assessments. On the day of my interview which was conducted via Zoom, I was interviewed by two team members. I felt like my interview wasn’t their priority and just a to do task. In addition, one of them looked like she had just gotten back from the gym. Not saying that’s bad but at least look a bit more professional when conducting interviews. Another reason why I felt like I wasn’t taken seriously. I already had the feeling that I didn’t get the job because of the energy I felt during the interview.
