This process was weird. First you have to upload a photo with all of these requirements. With the guise that this is to prevent fraud. I’m unclear how a photo prevents fraud. Couldn’t one just upload the photo of the person that will be interviewing for them. Also, it opens the door for big time discrimination issues. Then they have strict instructions about how they want the interview completed. No blurred background on teams etc. Lastly, I never had 1 phone call with anyone all via email. No preparation either via email. Just a first round teams interview
