Two interviews, one with area and one with general management. Came in and filled out paper app besides the internet application. Was ask questions about past employment and why Jack's. Was told pay scale, benefits and required holy 50 hrs a week. Was told job is very demanding and requires extraordinary customer service with politeness.

The interview felt very informal, it started over half an hour after my appointment time, and was done at one of the dining tables. The manager was very polite and straightforward.
