they sat me down and talked to me for a little bit. Whole thing lasted 5 mins. they will take almost anyone that can work late hours. They then would do a kitchen interview and if you can do well on the line, they will hire you. two different managers will do the interview. one merely asked a few questions and scheduled a second interview where they would put you on the line for an hour.
