Phone screen interview asking if read job ad and if could perform job duties. Asked to do an online personality test via videos. Passed the online testing was asked to come in person to take computer tests of office skills: Excel, Word, Customer Service, Typing Test. Passed all testing was told would call within 2 weeks.

Interview
Everything IS PAPER - fill out paper application, hand deliver or mail to the City. Applicants will be chosen (eventually) based on their experience/qualifications (unless your friends with someone). Then you'll have a phone interview, testing (depending on which position you apply for), second interview.

Interview
First interview was a phone interview, second was in person, third was phone and fourth was in person. The process went quickly, about 30 days start to finish. After my final in person interview I was offered the position the very next day.
Once offered a position you begin the background process, simple, quick, painless.
