I applied online. I interviewed at Jaeb Center for Health Research (Tampa, FL) in Feb 2025
Interview
A little hectic, after applying online, I was sent a pdf application to fill again. It had questions like why do you want to work here. As well as what improvements would you have liked to see in your previous work place. Only made it through the first round. This was a 30 minute conversation with the Director of the human research program. Standard Interview questions were asked nothing out of the ordinary. Did not get an answer till three weeks after my interview. Overall good experience except for the stringing along.

Interview
After seeing the job listing on indeed, I filled out the application via the JCHR website and received an email request for an interview pretty soon after. First interview with Executive Director and then I was immediately contacted for subsequent back to back interviews with two different projects directors. None of the nonsense "where do you see yourself" questions, I felt like they just tried to get to know you and your skills and see if you would be a good fit. They also considered your resume and different positions that may be a better fit.

Interview
it was over zoom and there was one guy that asked me questions. most questions were about me and my education and experience, with a few technical questions. it wasn't too bad as interviews go.
