I applied through a connection I had at the company so my first step was an informational phone screen which also included some questions about my experience and about how I would approach some of the challenges that come up in the day-to-day work. Next I was told to complete and submit the coding challenge that can be found on their website. After this, I received feedback that I was a strong candidate and would be hearing about scheduling a technical interview within the next week. After a week or so with no response, I followed up only to hear that all of the devs were currently out of the office for a big event/conference and they would contact me about scheduling once that was over. That was the last I heard from them. Additionally, I felt that some of the behavioral questions were trying to feel out whether a candidate would be ok with a high-stress/fast paced work environment for below market pay.
