I had two interviews on Skype that were professional & challenging with some of their technical people. I noticed that they had a good attitude with each other and were working from home. The third interview, in person was strange to say the least. I didn't know who I was meeting, and their location was very odd along a busy road in a small town, lots of greenery. Pretty but inconvenient, parking in tiny gravel lot. I walked in the building into a courtyard with no obvious entrance & had to flag down the only other person beside the boss that i saw the whole time there, through the window. Once I got in I was greeted, felt like someone's jungle themed house where I had to take my shoes off and a dog barked at me. This would have all been just quirky and not off putting, if it weren't for the interviewer not really prepared with questions, and making remarks about previous employees poor performance with the only other person I saw there. It felt like I had to interject to bring things back to me/what the job requires. Unprofessional if you ask me. Lastly, they would not give a ball park range for an offer & laughed at me after I put one out there. Definitely there are some good people there, but seems like the office, location, training/performance reviews and hiring process, is really goofy.
