Interview
There were 3 rounds
1) 1st the lead data scientist takes ask you about your previous project and roles and responsibilities.
2) You will get an assessment you will get a data set you need to solve it as per the problem statement.
3) A data scientist guy would take your interview on the particular what were your approaches why you consider this on that all blah blah things.
4) It's a optional like in 3rd round the guys who is taking your interview he is not confirmed to qualify so the next would be conducted again then the lead data science guy takes your final interview.

How to overcome in underfitting and overfitting scenario?

It was 1-1 online interview, first was introduction and then straight to problem solving, asked me about database and what does indexing have effect on performance and how would you manage to apply some changes without disturbing a 24*7 running database, and what changes would you suggest.
