Interview
2 interviews, one with a manager and one with the head of lesson placement. I was asked to perform a couple of songs on the instruments I planned to teach as a way to show proficiency and then we discussed preferred favored teaching methodologies and book series to use for instruction.

Interview
A quick technical/musical interview with the head of private lessons. This is followed by another interview directly after about your values, teaching and experience. The musical interview can be very stressful, but the second one is very relaxing and will help you debrief from the first.

Interview
The interview was very relaxed and informal. General questions about myself, my experience, a quick review of my resume, etc. We talked about the company, how it works, how teachers get paid, how lessons are assigned. She showed me the office and the common space. Explained to me how books and educational material were available and how families got billed for that stuff.

I was asked to bring in a sample lesson plan and basically go through it with the interviewer. I was also asked to play a couple of songs on the guitar and piano so that the interviewer could get a sense of what level I would be able to teach at.
