I applied online through their website. Very simple, just fill up basic information and upload resume. Received a phone interview invitation the next day. Correspondence with HR was very efficient. The first interview was with HR. Basic mental math and a few probability questions. The next interview consists of more difficult brain teasers and probability problems.

Find optimal strategies for games which involve randomness (e.g. coin tossing, cards, etc.)
4 rounds before superday. didnt make it to superday. first round was basic prob and stats questions. r2-4 is all hard game theory style questions. no behavioral at all.
i heard superday is a combination of data analysis and more games
3 online interviews before the final on-site one. The whole process is around a month. Mostly consists of probability questions. Poker chips are given in the final round to bet on certain decisions.

Figuring out the strategy of a computer opponent in a turn based game and devising a strategy against them.
zuerst basic fragen zum einsteigen danach ziemlich schnell weiter mit theoretischen fragen. anfangend mit einer eher leichten frage und langsam drauf aufbauend mit neuen Bedingungen. insgesamt war es meiner meinung nach eine gute Erfahrung.
