Janio People Operations Partner interview questions

The first interview was phone interview and went well. Second interview was with one interviewer from HR team at their office. I waited for 10-15 minutes then one HR came to the meeting room. Some of the questions she asked were not good enough and weird. I was told to wait for one week and they will inform me the outcome. No response even I sent out follow up email to HR. This is just simply means that the HR team lacks professionalism. Bad experience.
