The interview involves several rounds of discussion with different people in the team including the executives. The interviews were conducted via Skype and in person. It took a while after the first round, then I had several interviews within the same week and the job offer the same day of the last interview

The manager directly tell me the job content and asked me to introduced myself and my project management experience. After knowing my green card is still on the way, the manager directly stopped the interview and told me he cannot hire me.
