1st step was to do a basic phone interview call. Was then later followed up by meeting the manager for the second interview. It went well and took about 30-40 minutes. Got to know what the day-to-day would be and as well what the position requires as well discussed a lit about my background. Got to the third round which was mainly me meeting the team and as well having them ask me questions. After the 3rd interview I got no message from them for a while and then finally got the call saying that I didn't get it and got the cliche I was their second choice but that's always such a lie, they already knew who they wanted based from my conversation with them on the 3rd interview.
