I applied online. I interviewed at Jazz Pharmaceuticals
Interview
I received an email requesting an initial phone interview with Talent Aquisition and we set up the date/time. It was set for 30 minutes duration. She called about 5 minutes late, which I assumed I would be given the time back to the end of the call. She started with asking for me to give a description of my work history. I started to run through my extensive admin and support history and she interrupted stating that someone was at her front door and she needed to answer it. She then put me on a 10 minute hold. I know it was 10 minutes because I again thought we would add this lost time at the end of the interview. She then came back and told me that her mothers doctors office called and she needed to take that personal call as well. I was understanding but because of the time lapse, I wasn't sure where I had left off. So after chatting and understanding her situation, we tried to get back on track with the interview, yet a lot was lost and the 15 lost minutes was never given back. I have had numerous interviews with Jazz, this was by far the worst. If it wasn't that I worked for the company before as a contractor I wouldn't apply again based off of how inconsiderate this TA person was with my time. Also, they ghosted me after this interview and I never heard back. It was very rude. Again, This person is not a reflection of the company at all. This is a wonderful company with amazing culture.
