I applied in-person. I interviewed at Jean Machine (London, ON) in May 2017
Interview
It was a two-part interview. First interview was with the assistant manager and then shortly after with the store manager. It was pretty relaxed. The questions were your typical retail questions, nothing out of the ordinary.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Jean Machine (Toronto, ON) in Jan 2015
Interview
I had a great interview, my manager was friendly and asked very good questions, I didn't feel stressed, the interview had a good atmosphere. It was very professional and goal oriented with a good sense of humour involved.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Jean Machine (Toronto, ON) in June 2016
Interview
I handed in a resume in-store (GTA location) and received a call for an interview the next week. The interviewer has three pages of questions from Jean Machine that they have to ask you, and the interviewer took short notes as I answered the questions. However, because there is such low foot traffic within Jean Machine stores, the management aggressively pushes for you to be able to make sales where you have a set quota, as explained to me by the manager. Overall, the interview process took around 30-40 minutes and was largely behavioral/situational questions.
