Jeavio Senior Software Engineer interview questions

**Title:** Disappointing and Unprofessional Hiring Process at Jeavio I recently went through Jeavio’s interview process for a **Senior Software Engineer** role. * **1st round:** Technical interview. * **2nd round:** Technical + management interview. After the second round, company was told I was **selected for the next process** and asked to share **all my documents**. I even received a joining date from the company. However, after submitting all the required documents, they scheduled an HR round. Two days later, I followed up (since my joining date was approaching), and I was informed that they now needed someone at a **Lead level** instead of a Senior Software Engineer. This was extremely disappointing because: 1. The role was clearly mentioned as **Senior Software Engineer** from the beginning. 2. They confirmed my selection and joining date before suddenly changing the requirement. 3. Collecting all my personal documents and then backing out at the last moment felt unprofessional. I hope the company improves its recruitment communication and decision-making process, so other candidates don’t face the same experience.
