Jeff Ellis Management interview questions

It was a four part interview process with questions centered around conflict management, customer service, skills in the aquatics industry, and communication. The first interview is a pre-recorded video with around 10 questions. The next three is with the team you'd be working with to gauge if you'd be a fit not only on paper but with the team that is currently there.

Easy, you do a swim test and they train you for any job, they offer lifeguard, swim instructor, etc. And you can work your way up. Starting pay is around 9.50, low for the amount of work you do but it also depends on Pool location.
