I applied through my school network. Resume, 30 minute phone interview, called back for Superday. Superday consisted of 3 20-minute back to back interviews with the wealth management team. They were overall very nice people and genuinely interested in my experiences.

Interview involved a brief phone screening followed by a super day. The super day was mainly fit questions, asking about professional and academic experiences. The phone screener was also mainly fit questions, and asked for a general take on the markets.
