Interview
Super Day interview.
3 rounds. 6 people interviewed and it lasted for 2 hours. Resume walkthrough and technical round. Selection made on the basis of technical proficiency and knowledge mentioned on resume.
Was notified immediately by a phone call from the HR informing whether selection was made.
Smooth, kind, technical
People interviewing me were generally kind, wanted to really know who I am and at the same time wanted to know if I was really interested in equity
Process was organized. The conversation was fast-paced but conversational, reflecting the culture of Sales & Trading.
Interviewer focused on market knowledge, behavioral questions, and a little technical understanding of equities and macro trends. They were clearly assessing both technical competence and personality fit, especially comfort with high-pressure environments and strong communication skills.
Overall, the experience felt competitive but fair
