I applied online. I interviewed at Jefferson County (Missouri) (Hillsboro, MO) in Aug 2020
Interview
Lots of interview questions for a low-level position. Met with HR then the hiring Director; then called back for a second interview. The length of time in between interviews was also lengthy; week to ten days with the interview itself was at the least one hour in time.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Jefferson County (Missouri) (Hillsboro, MO)
Interview
The interview was actually surprising as they told me that I should apply for another position with the county that paid more considering I had the qualifications. I appreciated their honesty and interest in helping me. They asked about my experience as well as who I was as a person.
I applied through other source. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Jefferson County (Missouri) in June 2016
Interview
Simple, easy questions, irrelevant questions. One interview, two director and HR lady. They don't ask questions pertinent to the job, no portfolio requirements, no writing samples. Really not much beyond very basic and un-informational generic interview questions.
