There were multiple interview rounds: An initial screening interview, second and more in depth interview, and final interview with multiple members of org leadership. The in depth interviews were both run by the COO, but I also spoke to the current Production Department Head, as well as the director of accounts, as this role impacts and requires input to both of these departments
