It was a super friendly interview without protocols. Even when I decided do not work for the company due to I wasn't fit for me in the position offered. But I absolutely recomend try to get a position in the company
Very quick interview no tough questions interviewer explained company.benefits etc very polite family company three different divisions controls main office in Scottsdale Az was told I would be contacted by email and I actually received a phone call which was nice
