The interview process at Jerry was pretty standard. They had been pretty responsive for a while but then out of no where they just never reached back out and didn't follow up with my outreach.
It was an introductory call with the recruiter. One recruiter reached out and then the call was with another. We spoke for 30 minutes and it was not a good fit.

Interview
I met with a couple people from the Recruiting team as well as the hiring manager, then completed a timed data sample test that took less than two hours, followed by some additional interviews with cross-functional individuals.
I had a great experience throughout the entire process. From the first conversation to the offer, the team was impressive– they communicated well, set clear expectations, demonstrated efficiency, and showed up as kind, intelligent, and thoughtful.

There were several specific questions about past performance that were pulled from bullets on my resume, and how I personally dug in to improve them. The questions spanned the vast majority of my career and represented different responsibilities of my prior roles.
